This website is informational and promotional for the tourist apartments managed by Fartemadu SL in Valencia. It does not process bookings or online payments: bookings are handled through direct contact (WhatsApp or inquiry form) or via Booking.com.

3. Tourist licence numbers

All three accommodations hold a Comunitat Valenciana tourist licence number (format CV-VUT-------V-), shown on each apartment page and in the site footer, in accordance with regional short-term rental regulations.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to Fartemadu SL or is used with proper authorisation.

5. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law.
